[split from] Error: "No route found for "GET /posting.php""

Post by ASEANpages » Mon Jan 19, 2015 8:14 am

I have the kind of error too today.

I am making sub sub forums on my 3.1.2 installation, like here:
http://aseanpages.asia/viewforum.php?f=13
and continue here
http://aseanpages.asia/viewforum.php?f=58

it worked perfectly.

However, today I get "No route found for "GET /posting.php" when I tried to make sub sub forums on other parts of my main forum
http://aseanpages.asia/viewforum.php?f=23
and continue here
http://aseanpages.asia/viewforum.php?f=80

The strange thing is that first i tried to write my intended text/post and then I got the "No route found ... error message

However, I then tried to use pure "Lorem Ipsum" text - and this works fine as a post?
You can see it by following my last two links

Can anyone explain this to me?

And again, after seeing that Lorem ipsum worked, I tried to change the post to my original intended text, but again I got again the "No route found ..." error message?

The wording you're using is tripping your hosts mod_security.

@KevC
Thanks
I will try to understand what this all means
With "host" do you mean hosting company?
And how does one find out what is allowed to write and not?

In my case, I removed sentences a little by little. it seems that when the wording "SEO search engine optimization" was removed - the remaining text was allowed.

That would be what's tripping it then and yes you need to speak to your hosting company.

@Mick

Thank you too for reply
I am new to Forum setup, so I had no idea of this kind of problem issue
Will talk to my hosting company
