Couldnt get into permission masks in ACP

After updating from 3.0.x I cant get into forum's permission masks panel by the links in ACP:

http://domain/adm/index.php?sid=eaf2a81 ... ser_global

http://domain/adm/index.php?sid=eaf2a81 ... min_global

etc

Why? how ti fix? where to look at?

You have to click the ACP link at the bottom of the page or the icon in the navbar if available to get in to the ACP you can't do it via any other links.
