Forum cannot disable

When i trying to disable forum. It is not actually disabling. It shows "Information: This board is currently disabled." for administrator. But when i loggout, board isn't disabled. Please can you tell me what is the MySQL tables and rows related to disabling board.
Information: Purged all sessions and cleared browser cache and cookies.

Hi, any updates on this so far? Have you tried disabling via MySQL as well and see if it makes a difference?
