Pagination critical bug at 3.1.6

Post by Stephanvs »

Good time of the day everyone. I have a critical bug at pagination at version 3.1.6. The point is that when I surf in a topic from, e. g., the first page to the second or back infinite loading happens. Changing a current style to 'prosilver' has resulted with the same problem.
What to do?!
Thank you in advance.

well bugs are to be expected in a version that has not been released yet.

I hope you are not using it on a live board.

you should only be using it for testing until it is officially released.

It's only not announced but files are released as far as I understand.
Both at Chrome and at Firefox the bug exists.

Files are always available for testing but the final code is not set until there is an announcement and the files are up for download on our page here.

If you think there's a bug in the unreleased code, post it in the bug tracker.

With a fresh install of the engine the problem doesn't exist.
In this topic try to go from one page to the other: link.

So it is not a bug in phpBB 3.1.6, but in your update. Maybe it went wrong. Check it. ;)

PS: This topic from your link works fine as well.

Have you tried to move from one page to another in this topic using digits at the right top?

Yes, 5 to 6 times in a row. No problem at all. (Firefox 40.0.3)

So, does the problem come from my PC's side?

Well, for the last hour it should be OK as I've switched one option of one mod installed at the board. So, currently the problem can be considered solved. But nevertheless I think I should track it for a longer time and publish a final solution of this.
