Updating 3.1.2 to 3.1.6

Hi,

I want to update my board (version 3.1.2) to the current version (3.1.6).

I had some problems the last time I updated my board (viewtopic.php?f=466&t=2275181&p=13808186), so I want to know if there is anything I have to pay attention for.

Right now I am using phpBB 3.1.2, the "Tapatalk plugin Demo", german language and the prosilver style.

The server is running with the following packages:

- php 5.3.10
- MySQL 5.5.44
- Ubuntu server

File access is just possible via sftp, not ftp.

I don't want that the board will crash or that tapatalk don't work any more. That is the reason why I updatd the board up to now.

You would need to ask the Tapatalk developers whether there will be any problems with that. We neither make nor support that.

Other than that, you will also need to update whichever German language pack(s) you are using:
German (Casual Honorifics)
German (Formal Honorifics)
Which can be done by overwriting the existing language pack(s) with the new files.
