Most recent post replies appear first

How do I make the most recent reply to post appear first and the first or previous reply to posts appear at the bottom.
It seems currently the most recent reply to posts appear at the bottom instead.
Like in the attached image below I would want the reply to post by user "Key" to appear on top, because his comment is more recent and that of user "Agyemang" to appear bottom because it is older

Same problem here but I need the 1st reply (topic head) always at the top, and the rest replies are sorted from newest to oldest! is that can be done?!
