Solved Customise -> Manage extensions - Missing

We have just upgraded from 3.0 to 3.16 and I have uploaded some extensions to Ext folder, gone to activate them and cant find Manage extensions under Customise. Have I missed something or do I have a problem with the installation, everything is fine apart from that. Only thing I have changed from default is to install Arty's Latte style and make that default for everyone.

So I think you are missing the extension module in the acp?

There are always 2 folders for a extension
Ext/1/2/composer.json

so
ext/david63/cookiepolicy/composer.json

That would be correct if he was using the Cookie Policy extension but he is using the Joined Date extension. The structure is correct, for that extension.

Yes there is no install extension option in ACP.

Check if the Extension Management module is present and enabled in ACP/system/module management/ Customise

Yep, tis there alongside style and language management and is enabled.

Problem solved there were permissions missing from acl_options table
