The only way that I am aware of to do that is by manually editing the config table of your database. If you do then make sure you back it up first

By the way, you're the only person who can see it. It's only displayed in the admin panel.

If you mean what do you change - it is board_startdate in the config table.

As I said before - backup your database before attempting any changes
