I have a customfield that should be used by autogroups later.
The profilefield is a date, that should only be editable by admins, but should be visible by the user himselve.
The problem I have is, that this field is editable by the user, or it is invisible by the user, visible but not editable is the goal.
The other thing is, that the admin cant see this field in manage-user, so the admin cant edit this field.
Is there something wrong with the installation, or anything?

You should be looking in Manage Users, on the Profile form.
To hide the field from the user, uncheck "Display in user control panel" in that field's settings.
