There is no option below Attachments in the module management

The script it is for phpBB 3.1.10 only.

No phpBB2 nor phpBB3, it won't run anyway.

Is your test board running 3.1.10?

Check if into the ./includes/acp/info/ folder there are files related to that MOD.

I went back to basics, downloaded another copy of phpbb2 onto my test domain, installed, and loaded my database. At the same time I installed 3.1.10, and then loaded the extensions I wanted before converting/importing the 2.x database into the 3.1x installation.

I now have the add user module that I wanted
