Own search

Hi.

Has anyone search problem ? When i'm trying find some post with special word i'm not getting any result. But i know the word is exists is the post.

Is there exists some other search type ???

I'm also trying realize my own search, but some necessary event does not trigger, so i can't modify SQL query.

Could anyone offer some extension or provide some useful link to help understand me search logiс in forum?

Currently I'm using Native FullText Search.

Enable search facilities: yes
User search flood interval: 2 seconds
Guest search flood interval: 5 seconds
Search page system load limit: 0
Min author name characters: 3
Maximum number of allowed keywords: 6
Search result cache length: 1800

--Enable fulltext updating: yes--
--Min characters indexed by search: 3--
Max characters indexed by search: 30
Common word threshold: 0%


also, if i'm trying find text in [ code ] tags, phpbb could not find him.

What is the word? It is normal not to find text in code tags.

Thanks for you reply!! And sorry for late answer. I did not get notice about your answer.

It could be any word in [ code ] tags х. Some function's name.
Of course we did not search such word as "if" or "else".

Why it is normal ??? Is there any way to fix it (except writing extension)??
Could it be the problem of broken search indexes ???
And if i will try make re-indexing - will it help me ? (i know it is very long process, that's why i'm asking you)
