The requested topic does not exist phpbb

Hi. I got some problem in phpbb3 forum.

There are some topics in my MCP awaiting for approval list and when I try to disapprove some of them I get the error.
"The requested topic does not exist phpbb".
The same error occurs even I just click on the topic.

I have already read this viewtopic.php?f=46&t=2193178
and I know how to delete it.

So could you please explain me what is the reason of appearing this ghost-topics ???
Can it be related to some permissions misconfiguration?
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

One of user has created topic without post. That's why i got an error while i have tried approve/disapprove this topic.

What the reason of this problem could be ?

I'm sorry, I have already deleted that topic. But I saved topic's data from topics table.

Although I have noticed follow thing:
If there is only one post in the topic, and this post is deleted, the topic is also deleted.

Could it be related with ban-hammer ? during user banning ?
In which cases topic will have not deleted after last post deleting ?

yes. It's extension. And there exists the option "delete all posts" after user banning.
But I have noticed that topic also will be deleted after last post deleting. So I suppose there exists some cases when topic will not deleted. Isn't it?

If you suspect there's a problem with the extension you should post in the dedicated discussion/support area for the extension.

Maybe yes, maybe no!
I think it could happen if forum allow us remove all posts in topic and do not remove the topic. If no, so probably the problem in extension.
