how to show guest users online at who is online list

My board doesnt show guest users anymore at Who is Online? at the bottom of the page, But when i go to viewonline.php ( https://storyfb.com/viewonline.php?sg=1 ) and click on show Display guests it will display only on this page. someone help me please..

ACP => permissions => group permissions => guests => "permissions" can see users online.

At first I thought that too but the linked board is on 3.1.9 according to the style.cfg.

nothing, since i change my host my board doesnt show guest users, i asked them but they didnt change anything in my website

I was looking for the same. Check in your ACP at:

Server configuration -> Load settings (URL: https://example.com/adm/index.php?i=acp_board&mode=load)

that you have enabled "Enable online guest listings in viewonline". Once this is set to "yes" you will get a new link "Display guests" in your Who is online list.
