Any error message?
De you have permission to send mail?
sendmail or SMTP?
Did you use the testmail to check if mails can be sent?
Is the user e-mail valid?
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

I am the admin for our forum. Are you talking about settings in your individual ucp which you can customize on your own or can I set up for all in ACP?

ACP for permissions, mailsystem and testmail and to see the user_email (is it valid?)

Once in the Permissions area many options here, where do I go to find out the answer to your question?

Another option is that a mail server somewhere along the route is treating it as spam and stopping it being delivered. This is quite common with hotmail & gmail addresses.
