This being used to personally "SPAM" me.
This happen above 10 times a day.
Where should I look to remove or block this link.
I have not filled in which phpBB etc I am using because I think that this link is the same in all phpBB versions.

These are bots. Bots have no fingers and therefore do not click links. Removing the link will have no effect. There are two extensions to deal with this, - viewtopic.php?f=536&t=2383806 and https://phpbb.hifikabin.me.uk/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6
