Email erreur SMTP Could not get mail server response code

Email erreur SMTP Could not get mail server response code

Following SMTP server replacement in my company, I have the following message when sending email.

Email error

Could not get mail server response codes.

Use SMTP server for email: Yes
SMTP server address:
SMTP server port: 25
SMTP server port: PLAIN

Please note that I was able to send email before
I have asked my IT guys and they told me that is related to certificate ...

Is there some setup in ACP to get ride of SSL?

Any advice is welcome

If it worked before and doesn't now and your IT guys say it is the interaction between phpBB and the new SMTP server, then it follows that the issue is with the setup of the SMTP server, which is beyond the scope of this Support forum, sorry.

I will leave this open anyway, in case someone has some info for you.
