Does not show up, must be because the one I downloaded is for 3.1.0 I guess.

I doubt it has anything to do with the version of phpBB.

Did you do the correct method of installing the theme? Such as uploading all files correctly, then installing the style in the admin, then either setting it as default or going to Board Preferences in the UCP and selecting the theme?
