[CDB] AnimeZone for phpbb 3.1.3

same for 3.1.3

the next release for this style will take a while since i was told by arty it would be a good idea to post this version here due to subsilver2 being removed in 3.2

so when phpbb releases 3.2 the next time i release this it will be based on prosilver but will "most likely" look almost no different

thanks arty for pointing out files i missed and incorrect files as well as a few mistakes

well i hope 3.1.3 gets approved before i start working on the prosilver version

also not sure if i need to make test accounts but

here is a live version of 3.0.13 (seperate phpb 3.0.13 install was made as personal forums and also was a test forum for another site and a freind)

will make a new demo soon for this

and here is a live version of 3.1.3 http://toaru-anime.tv/community/ (seperate phpbb 3.1.3 install was made only for testing of the 3.1.3 update before uploading for validation)
