Some color changes

I've hit a block.
I successfully changed the body background, the header and even the forum background. But for the life of me I can not find where to change a few things.
1. is the white background of the forum itself. I would like to add a semi transparent background.
2. I would like to change the color of topic background.

I'm using prosilver as my guide but when I click the forum and the topic appears it is still blue. I have removed any background images from the folder.

Any help is appreciated.

2. .bg2 and .bg1

Look for those entries in colours.css
