Add menu-bar to phpbb

I want to add a menu bar (second image in header?) to phpbb.

It looks almost exactly the same as this forum's header and menu-bar.

How to achieve this?

you reference images yet we see none in your post. do you have an example what type of menu you want?

there is a extension for one very similar to the one here.

That should get you started.

I have solved the task.

File is navbar_header.html.
Add div ul and li to it.
