I think that is album art and not a music player.

Are you trying to stream radio stations? or a play list from something like sound cloud?

nah my host disallow streaming and for this im looking for some music player or other site to make only for music

You can also insert a radio with a Pages Ext. page in the forum.
With this solution you have no performance loss in your forum

Also, you can't get any problems concerning any rights, because the music is not played on your forum page(Provided you choose reputable radio providers).
You just have to check from time to time if the external player of the selected stations still works or if the link changed somewhere.

Backgroundmusic that someone doesn't like to play in the forum can also be annoying.

Make a test installation and give it a try.

I still think your users will just switch it off. Or why not set up a poll asking them if they want it first.

Media Embed does soundcloud and, while I was rummaging, I found a couple of soundcloud topics.

you know i have test installed forum
and also have privet installed with xampp and i will try some given player

i test media embed on my official board
and looks large
