is there any plan to create a shoutbox extension?? it would be very useful

Mchat will be but not until 3.1.0 is released.

OMG people you think that MChat is still good .... MChat is old, without style and functions....
I think cBB Chat is better.

I think cBB Chat is better.

Yes the support is top notch for a non-validated mod.

Not sure if it's much better, but I like in cBB chat private conversation with other member. On other side I miss there some settings from mChat and if I remember the connecting and disconnecting on page reload was annoying.

I myself have used both chats and always land up back on mchat as you can do so much with mchat and i thank RMC for it.

On a side note mchat can be styled to how YOU want it.

cBB Chat is no use to me even if it is ported to 3.1, it's more of a chat room than a shoutbox. I only want a shoutbox and chat room software is not allowed on my shared hosting account anyway.
