Syntax Highlighter

Post by trinobi » Fri Oct 31, 2014 2:36 am

I'm looking for an extension that replace the Syntax Highlighter mod. Codebox Plus is the same but it use different tag. Ex:
Syntax Highlighter: [csharp][/csharp]
Codebox Plus: [codebox=csharp][/codebox]

Hi, I'm looking also for such extension  Why is php the only highlighted syntax? I need C, C++, Assembler and Java (maybe) for example.

That one I can answer; that's because PHP has a built-in php highlighter, so it's relatively easy to implement a bb-code for that, opposed to other languages. ;)

There are no events to modify the code BBCode that I'm aware of. I looked into this during the RC stage and ended up adding some custom coding to incorporate GeSHi highlighting on my forums.
