adding images to profile

I would like to make it so that when a profile is viewed it shows an image and a set of information (both set by the user).

And it would be nice to have the information that displays when you click on the image actually be besides it, but a separate page would be fine. (this is where the image takes you http://www.forum.rebellegion.com/forum/ ... 7s+profile)

I think this is part of being able to submit a form that populates to a forum? Then in some way that form is being linked into the user's profile along with a specific image, which I am guessing is set by the admins?
