Internally addressing bugged left and right IDs:

Hello,

My development forum has a fair amount of different boards and categories, dating back several years. Over time, the categories have become misarranged following deletions, forum moving, and whatever else. I know the cause: left/right ids are all over the place.

I am aware of the left and right id tool, however I'm looking for a potential ACP-based solution without using any files or directly modifying the database. This is for testing purposes and is deployed locally.
