Forum Description Links
I have a forum which has an area that has TONS of subforums and fourms and categories. I only want a select few to display on the forum index's parent forum. Long story short. I can;t get this with the curret phpBB settings. I need something, anything that lets me display a bunch of links on the index, below my parent forum. These links would be titles that are clickable. I can use the "forum description" but it has a character limit that can't be changed without tampering with code that breaks crap with updates.

Can you not use the
List subforum in parent-forum’s legend and List subforums in legend options to control what it is that you are trying to do?David

This can all be done with the current forum/subforum system.
A forum shows on the index page, but its subforums are only links.
