Re: Chemical Equation Extension

I've just realized that those two extensions only differ in this code (correct me if I'm wrong):

Code: Select all

<script type="text/x-mathjax-config">
    MathJax.Ajax.config.path["mhchem"] = "https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax-mhchem/3.3.0";
    MathJax.Hub.Config({
        tex2jax: {
            ignoreClass: "tex2jax_ignore",
            inlineMath: [["$","$"]]
        },
        TeX: {
            extensions: ["[mhchem]/mhchem.js"],
            noErrors: { disabled: true }
        }
    });
</script>
<script type="text/javascript" async src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.0/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML"></script>
That is the overall_footer_after.html in mhchem, whereas in the MathJax extension, the same file only shows the last line. Perhaps there is something I can do with the code so I'm able to enable both by just editing the code?

EDIT: I've found the solution to this problem. I changed all the [latex] bbcodes to [mhchem], and encouraged my member to take care of using spaces, operator (+), and (-) so the operators aren't changed into ions :lol:

I've found the answer also, according to this site, installing mhchem means switching totally to mhchem, so I disabled MathJax and used only mhchem instead.

Thank you and sorry for my mistakes :)
