Overall menu

Hi,

I am searching for a extension that creates a overall menu of forums to my site.

To take a example I made a picture:


As you can see there are 5 categories of forums on the top. And the main categorie to be the land page of the site.
I was wonder if there is any extension that is capable of doing this?
