[Curious???] Facebook Integration for ALL users when logging in and registering?

Hello everyone

Could someone give me some information if you're familiar, please?

Are there any links/resources that allow the registration and login to be only made by way of connecting the forum to their Facebook account? All awhile, to import the Facebook name they are using on their profile, so their name becomes their forum username? EXCEPT for the Admin & Moderators, who of which can login normally to the Forum without the Facebook social login.

I hope this makes sense

Thanks for your time and have a great weekend :)

We had that working with 3.1, but with 3.2 it has not worked. Also, support for it at their own forum is virtually non-existent.

Problem is with Facebook.
You must create an app and enter your details, including home address

They are very bad with private data, therefore I have not installed it.

Thanks, I'll enter a fake address. :)

Well, we have it partially working on our board. It is supposed to show up on index, but it is not. Some social media are working, like Google, Twitter, and YouTube, but the most important one, Facebook, is not working. Facebook has made a lot of changes in the past year, and they have always been a biatch to work with. Now it's even harder. But, /Solidjeuh, if you have Facebook working on your site, I would be interested in hearing more either here or via PM's. :)

Google+ will allow you to use it for a short time.
That stops in April

I knew about Google+ living its last moments, but I did not know Google is restricting API use. Did they give a reason for it?

Does Oneall still have a limit of 4k people then make you pay monthly/year? So say if you reach 4k registered people and only 20 people are active, it gets expensive for a small community.

They are getting rid of Google+ profile social pages. I don't think they are getting rid of accounts though.

I think for 4000 members there's fee of 8/10 euros (yearly/monthly) per month. The free plan includes 2500 members.

With motivation from this topic, we looked at our settings with OneAll. For some reason, our App ID and App Secret had changed. All is good now. Thanks for the push. :)

It's 2500 Unique Users/Year". I don't think you will get that amount of users each year.. :D

I think that might not affect logging in with Google accounts.
No, these buttons will stop working by March 7th with intermittent failures starting January 28th. On some sites the Google+ Sign-in button may be replaced by a Google Sign-in button. You’ll still be able to sign in with your Google Account wherever you see Google Sign-in buttons.
