Converting internal links to subject-text

Hi there,

I am looking for an ext that converts the standard phpBB internal link to the subject of the linked topic

Instead of:
viewtopic.php?f=496&t=2503811
the ext will generate this:
Users Delete Posts Out of Sequence

I did not find anything while searching ...
