I am looking for an extension that invites guests on a topic to connect or register for images and files.

I read it as the OP wants to hide images and files on posts for guests.

programming sucks for me, I prefer an extension that makes the task easier.

yes I wanted to hide the content from the guests at the end of participating or registering

the extension posted above by paul should do exactly what you want.
however, it probably will need the upgrade to the yml files to work in phpbb 3.3

It doesn't. Installs and works perfectly on 3.3.0. However it will need an update to the ext file if phpBB version is greater than 3.3.0

return phpbb_version_compare($config['version'], '3.3.0', '<=');

This change will take care of that
