Special notice

Hey there,

when a discussion gets heated a moderator or admin will move in and try to calm things down.
It would be great to have the possibility to mark up that admin or mod post as a "special notice" that will be shown when a reply is written in that particular topic. Maybe over the Quick Reply-field or in the message editor over the message-field.

What say you?

But that is a thing we can do already now ... I would like to be able to "warn" the replying users.
