Video Section (Users can Submit)

I was looking to put a section on my forum that looks like this: https://www.mmalinker.com/videos/

but that can allow users to submit links to videos (and common sites the thumbnail can be captured like youtube for example)..

So people who upload/create content can come post on this section for more exposure or views, and/or people just wanting to share videos with others can also post links. Kind of like a videos directory of sorts, but user-run..
