Is there an extension to insert ads for things for sale?

Hello to all,
on the forum we have inserted a section called mercatino where people put things for sale, but it behaves like a normal section. i was wondering if there is an extension to insert the announcements of things for sale, to activate like in the mercatino section, that facilitates and standardizes a little more the procedure.
