Hello

I only wanna ask if there will be a Portal-Ext for 3.2 because I can update my Board not until this Ext works for 3.2.

I was able to get the portal working on 3.2 in my setup. There are a bunch of problems with the blocks not properly initializing variables. This is not a problem with the default settings but once you start moving around blocks or disabling some of them you run into issues.

Same here.
I get this when I try to change a module:
Content-Encoding-Fehler

Die Webseite, die Sie öffnen möchten, kann nicht angezeigt werden, da sie eine ungültige oder unbekannte Form der Kompression verwendet.
UPDATE:
When I deactivate gzip in ACP it works (I only get this message "[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions_content.php on line 779: A non-numeric value encountered").

Is this in on the index or portal page? What order are your blocks in?

I will install phpbb 3.2 and see if I can find any issues...
Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately, health issues again... happens when you get on a bit...

... updated...

I've installed with 3.2 and I have no issues... can you guys post showing errors and/or identify block problems... screenshot would be great...

Should be doable.. we use to have it...
Might take me a little while as my system had to be rebuilt after MB dying loosing my main hard-drive at the same time...

I'm now on Windows 10 but have to rebuild everything...

Hi michaelo, I am anxious to try this ext, but unfortunately after I upload to the ext folder through ftp, I check in "ACP - Customize" but I can not find anything regarding this extension, any suggestions please?

I am using phpbb version 3.10

Thank you

Is it possible to create a list of the biggest posters with this extension?

Top 10 posters and the amount of topics created by them in a month for example, for just a specific forum??

I can no longer support this due to life getting in the way and some other commitments. I can say however, I just tested with phpBB 3.2.1 on a new install and it's still working...

One fix required for mysqi error/warning report... in ext/phpbbireland/portal/includes/func.php around line 226

Code: Select all

Find: and remove:		$db->sql_freeresult($result);
Find: 		$this_page_name = $this->get_current_page();
Before add:		$db->sql_freeresult($result);
Basically need to move freeresult...
