Hi John, had to wait 24 hours for the cron to run after activating the extension. Everything looks good but the logs. I enabled them yesterday and the cron ran but there is no log entry. Is it suppose to put an entry in the admin log or were you adding a log for your extension? IF the latter it doesn't show.

It's a minor detail to me but I figured if I was going to test I should look at everything. ;)

@Puchahawa Sure you have the last version, it's working here local.
If yo uknow phpmyadmin you can test like this.
Alter delete_statistics_last_gc in config table to 0.
The go to cronstatus and run the job, in adminlog should appear a notice what the job did.

Im not surw what you mean by machine. The server is linix based. I see the error on both my android smartphone and a windows 10 laptop when browsing the ACP using any browser.

The online page refreshes after a minute.
If its errors or timeouts you get this error, the language variable aren't in the package yet, next release.

HI John, loaded the extension onto my active site. Loving the info. I do have one question. On the referrer page, all I'm seeing is pages of the board. Is that expected behavior when people go from page to page on the board? It was my understanding that it would show when a person clicked a link to the board from some other site.

@Puchahawa What is your servername?
It search for the servername in referrer and if found it will not log the referrer.

@rrbailey89
Found the problem, wait for new version

Not sure what the server name is. I'm a founder but the server is managed by another. Where would I go to find out. Is it listed in the php info of the ACP?

EDIT: 14 Aug15 12:46 pdt, I use the cron task extension to keep track of the tasks and see what is running etc.. This morning when I looked one of the core cron tasks had locked and did not run which stopped other tasks from running. So I disabled a few of the extensions that have been added to the board most recently including this one and watched. The next time the task was scheduled to run it did and so did the others that were waiting. So I re-activated this extension and to my dismay another task locked up and did not run.

According to the cron task extension the task for this extension did not run yesterday. :?: and I'm guessing that is what is causing the other tasks to lock up.

Hello,

First I'd like to thank for your work, this looks like an interesting extension, i'll keep an eye on it.

Second, I'd like to report a bug with ipv6 addresses :
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Data too long for column 'ip_addr' at row 1 [1406]

SQL

INSERT INTO phpbb3_statistics_online (time, uname, agent, ip_addr, host, domain, module, scr_res, referer, page, se_terms) VALUES (1439929501, 'user', 'Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/601.1.39 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.0 Safari/601.1.39', '2a11:e35:ee9c:a830:bd1d:3fec:156f:d456', '2a11:e35:ee9c:a830:bd1d:3fec:156f:d456', 'un', 'FORUM_INDEX', '1280x800x24', '', 'index.php', '')
(this is not my real ipv6 address)
It crashes all the phpbb, so I had to deactivate the extension.
Thanks again,
Cya
