Yes, it is in development. Replace Reply with a Full Quick Reply is a complex task that takes a lot of time.

Hi,

Could you please add a setting that will remove the Subject from the Quick Reply box? It just takes up space. You know what you are replying to anyway.

Thanks

You can just set the setting "Show posts subjects" to No.

I did set that option to "no", but it only disables the text box (you cannot edit the title). It doesn't hide it.

First of all, awesome extension. Love it.

With the URL and IMG bbcodes it doesnt parse it in preview, is that how it is? I mean, Preview still shows like WQE Q

The extension author last posted in this topic 11 days ago, so I wouldn't have thought so. Some authors develop their work slower / faster than others.

Awesome extension Tatiana! 8-)

I too have the problem of the subject showing in the quick reply.
Edit: In fact I think I've misunderstood what the 'Show post subjects' setting does. I just noticed it actually removes all of the <H3> subjects from the topic! I thought it removed the subject from the quick reply box :oops:

Requests:
1/ I think Insert quote in the Quick Reply form would read better as Insert as quote in the Reply form
2/ Having a notification when someone uses refer by username, that would be superb!

Also:
I notice that if there is a code box in a post, then when you click the 'Select' that the 'Insert as quote' comes up, but that probably shouldn't happen. :)

Great work though, I'd love to see the quick quote in the full reply too! But when quick reply is this good, who needs full reply? :D

Is there a way to add 'Full Editor" button to it as well?

I just noticed that we can use 'post reply' button like full editor and the text is carried over to posting page. Neat..:

Code: Select all

<!-- IF not S_IS_BOT and S_DISPLAY_REPLY_INFO -->
 <a href="{U_POST_REPLY_TOPIC}" class="button icon-button <!-- IF S_IS_LOCKED -->locked-icon<!-- ELSE -->reply-icon<!-- ENDIF -->" title="<!-- IF S_IS_LOCKED -->{L_TOPIC_LOCKED}<!-- ELSE -->{L_POST_REPLY}<!-- ENDIF -->">
 <!-- IF S_IS_LOCKED -->{L_BUTTON_TOPIC_LOCKED}<!-- ELSE -->{L_BUTTON_POST_REPLY}<!-- ENDIF -->
 </a>
	<!-- ENDIF -->
Locked
