What's the Amazon URL you tried?
I wrote the thing that does BBCodes in 3.2.

Then you need to set AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_UK. Each supported domain uses a different parameter, plus a global param for their .com domain.

Code: Select all

AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_CA
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_DE
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_ES
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_FR
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_IT
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_JP
AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_TAG_UK

In a PM, it will show videos, even I check "Disable BBCode" option.

Is that a bug or a feature?
Sorry for my bad english. I'm from USA.

Neither. On 3.1 you can control whether URLs are automatically transformed by un/checking the option that says "Do not automatically parse URLs".

It's a couple of rows below the one to disable BBCodes. It may depend on your style though.

Some of my members cannot see the facebook embeds, eventhough they are logged into their facebook accounts. Is there a permissions issue maybe?

Nothing. Only the text that I type, other than that, its a blank post. If I only embed the post, then some can see it, but others only see that I posted with no content. It doesn't seem to be forum permission related because some are admins that cannot see the embed.

It's probably a browser error. Ask them the exact version of their browser and tell them to look inside their browser's error console, there may be JavaScript error messages there.

Send me the URL of a page that shows such a post and I'll take a look.
