I disagree in toto.

You are IMHO far away from what's the sense/concept of the phpBB 3.1.x line.

Myself I am not giving support to those users they are modifying my code themselves and asking me to fix their own mistakes, so a lot of coders (here) do. ;)

it is not my extension. I am only explaining the way it works so that it is useful to someone.

if you have a problem with how it works, take it up with the author of the extension not me.

Hey, I got a question. I installed it and enabled it but its not showing up under ''extensions'' in the ACP. Therefor I don't know where to look to edit questions in the support ticket system.
What must I do?

it is under forum settings. either create a new forum or edit an existing one. on the settings page you will find the on/off switches etc. for this extension.

you will also have to edit the actual html/css files that are in the extension's style folder to change the questions etc.

and remember, this has not been validated and if you use it on a live board you are on your own for support.
the author has not replied in this topic since last november.

What version of phpBB are you using?

I use phpBB 3.1.10

If I start the preview twice, everything is displayed twice. So with each preview comes a new entry in the preview.

best regards Mahoney

+1 (with phpBB 3.2.0)
  • German language pack for this extension: http://www.board3.de/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=11300
  • For supportticket_schema.php I'd recommend to set a default value for sts_colour.
Without this could lead to broken [colour] BBCodes. Proposal:

    Code: Select all

    'sts_colour'	 	=> array('VCHAR:7', '000000'),

Problem:

When you not place http or https before the board url link
the link become a combination of the board url itself and the board url of the user.
