Yeah, I used it on 3.1 and it worked like a charm, after upgrading to 3.2, it won't create sitemap.xml anymore. At least not for me.

I did install it and it did create the sitemaps, hopefully it continues too

Board version 3.2.0 and version extension 0.2.0
pm sent with the link of the test forum where installed.
it's possible see the sitemap only admin and moderators?

There are a fairly large number of differences between the sitemap extension. The sitemap extension you referenced:

Does not perform dynamic frequency/priority settings. It only assigns a default value for all topics and forums . This provides inaccurate website data to the search engines. Topics not touched in a year do not have the same frequency and priority as topics being actively discussed.

I do not have your frame of reference. Can you explain what your post is about.

When first stable version?
I am not expecting anymore code changes. I am doing additional testing. Once I am finished with last round of testing, I will make it a 1.0 version.
