you have not uploaded all the file(s) general_listener.php, and can i point out this ext is in development stage so should not be used on your web site

I uploaded the entire EXT... Including the event/general_listener.php file

I went to enable the EXT it and it timed out when installing. So it was somewhere in the middle of the install when it failed. And now I can't get my control panel.

EDIT: So it looks like I will need to manually remove entries in to the database. What tables do I need to edit besides phpbb_ext to remove this?

To disable just set ext_active to 0 for row steve/postreactions

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Are you going to fix that before trying to install another extension?

I block a lot of foreign IP addresses.... What are the first digits of your IP and I can open it up for you.

I found a few more places where fields are added that need to be removed. But I am missing something somewhere since i still cannot access my admin panel.

It looks like it was a cache problem.... I deleted the cache files and now I can get back in to the admin area.

The Pre populated reactions are used in the migration file.

But its useless to translate to another language. Extension wont use it.
