It would be very helpful if I could add users manually to a team (without sending an invite and wait for their response).
I hope that this extension is completed soon...

Not any time soon I'm afraid.
Currently busy with a few other extensions and other stuff, apart from having a busy life that just not involves coding.
Also will have to re-think how I want to approach this extension as I feel the current set up is not ideal.
