Extensions doesn't show up in ACP

@ezlynx though phpBB 3.2.x is expected to work fine with php 7.0.x ,
can you downgrade php version and check if it helps !

@super_star what is your php version ?

^ can you downgrade php version to 7 (or 5.6.x) and check if it helps

One of the most common reasons why extensions do not show in Extensions Management is that the extension files are in the wrong place or that the extension file structure is wrong.

You should have [root]/ext/authorname/extensionname/composer.json if you do not see that then the structure is wrong.

I downgraded to 5.6, but still, no Extensions showing up.

Problem solved! I replaced some files I edited before and downgraded to a previous version of PHP and it worked.
