I deleted all of the 3.0 directories and files except config.php, /images /files /store.
I did nothing with the installed mods.
I uploaded via filezilla the 3.2 files & directories
I ran forum.lucencool.com/install, update database, which appeared to complete successfully.
After I delete the install directory and try to access forum.lucencool.com I get a 404 not found message.
Please describe your problem. From the error log, it looks like favicon.ico does not exist, which is true. It's not in the install zip file either. I don't understand why this is happening.

I noticed in the config.php file there are two commented out debug directives. I uncommented them and this is the output:

Please, anyone, give me some ideas about how to work this problem.
I reproduced the problem this morning and looked at the error log provided by my hosting service.
[Fri Mar 31 14:56:57 2017] [error] [client 66.249.85.148] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Twig_Error_Loader' with message 'Unable to find template "index_body.html" (looked into: /home/www/lucencool.com/phpbb3/styles/all/template).' in /home/www/lucencool.com/phpbb3/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Loader/Filesystem.php:215

The index_body.html file is in the /styles/prosilver/template directory not the all/template directory. What controls where phpbb looks for the files. Prosilver is the default style.

As the instructions say - https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... /upgrade3/ - all MODs must be removed before upgrading to 3.2.x. Restore your backups and start over following the instructions linked here.
I can stop all your spam. I can upgrade or update your Board. PM or email me. (Paid support)

I've restored the 3.0 board and installed STK. I've searched and don't find how to use STK to prepare for an upgrade to 3.2. I assume I delete all records that point to a mod. Do I need to delete or make changes to the table phpbb3_mods.

you upload the folder named stk to your board using ftp, it goes in the root of your board with all the rest of the phpBB files and folders.

then, you log into your board as admin. then you go to yourboard.com/stk/

then you will get a page with tabs, links etc.

you click on the one that says database cleaner and follow the prompts.

remember, make sure you backup your database before you start this process.

once it has removed all of the old MODs from the database, you can then proceed with the rest of the upgrade instructions to go from 3.0 to 3.2
