3.2.1 displays error

I created 'url.com/newfolder'
Unzipped full package of 3.2.1.
Uploaded all files there.
Pointed my browser there and when I click, always redirects me to url.com/newfolder/install/app.php.

Anyway I could get around this?

I found this at ../install/error_log

If you unzipped everything in 'url.com/newfolder'
And you go to that url then you are redirect to 'url.com/newfolder/install/app.php'
That is normal behavior and you can start the installation there

Don's understand why you are being redirect to
url.com/vade/install/app.php?
