View/Edit drafts contain underlying HTML coding

In the posting window there is an option to "Save draft". The user can then continue to work on the post via UCP->Manage drafts.
If the user selects "Load draft", the post looks normal, but if the user selects "View/Edit", the post text contains HTML characters. This appears to be a change from the phpBB 3.1.x experience, so is perhaps related to the new BBCode engine?

For example, when the following is entered into the posting window

Code: Select all

This is a test.

This is [b]bold [/b]text.
and then "Save draft" is used. Now go to UCP->Manage drafts

Selecting "Load draft", the same text is restored as expected.

Selecting "View/Edit", and the posting window shows

Code: Select all

<r>This is a test.<br/>
<br/>
This is <B><s>[b]</s>bold <e>[/b]</e></B>text.</r>
Opened [PHPBB3-15329] View/Edit drafts contain underlying HTML coding to track the issue.

Cannot reproduce. What extensions do you have installed?

Interesting. I can also reproduce it on this board, but not on a local test board (3.2.0). Can you reproduce it on your own board?

Brf, is that SS from this board or your own?

Is this perhaps unique to 3.2.1? I have no 3.2.1 board at the moment.

Just tested it on a Quick Install board running 3.2.0 and cannot reproduce, so it does appear to be specific to 3.2.1.

I'm not experiencing this bug on my live board 3.2.2 nor on the test board either. :? :?
