General Error Module Error After updating 3.0.1 to 3.2 version

Dear forum support team ,

Today I Update my Board older version to 3.2.1 .

but after updating i facing some error like that when i click Extensions then it's showing Below Error.

General Error
Cannot find module ./../includes/acp/acp_shareon.php

BACKTRACE

FILE: (not given by php)
LINE: (not given by php)

FILE: [ROOT]/includes/functions_module.php

FILE: [ROOT]/adm/index.php

CALL: p_master->load_active()


This share on Module is on older board version and don't have to new board . because Following this step to install fresh and update the database.

Please advise me How or which file or code need to change to solve this issue

Did you remove all your MODs as per the instructions before you did the upgrade?

How are you upgrading (not updating)? You should be following https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... /upgrade3/
