Foe list query (Ignore posts)

Hi there,
Couple of questions about the Friend/Foe feature that i've only recently discovered and enabled on my forum.
1) Is there any way for admin to see a list/stats on who is ignoring/being ignored the most type thing?
2) Is there a way to hide quoted posts as well as original posts for ignored users. I found this here: viewtopic.php?f=72&t=2158922 but it's from 2014 for PHPBB 3.0 so presume it wouldn't work now?
