can't manage user on 3.2.1

Hi,
i recently updated the forum to 3.2.1 and now i noticed that if i have to check a user (managing it) if i click on manage user (Amministra utente) i can't reach the page and i obtain this error:

On your server or board or both?
Two times gzip gives errors.

well, it's something i always set active and never gave me this kind of trouble. I don't think something changed in the server either.. i don't even know where to look to change it. So is really strange.
