Individually add users?

Post by randrew24 » Thu Dec 07, 2017 6:36 pm

We're running 3.2.1 and have registration disabled to minimize spam. I still have to register users occasionally, but not enough to generate a csv file. Is there a way to register a user through the ACP without changing registration settings?

Thanks.

A search of the CDB would have revealed https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... add_user_2

Also there are easier ways to prevent spam than what you are doing.

Edit: Snap Frank!

That’s a bit short sighted seeing how bulletin boards thrive on new registrations. You need to visit Preventing Spam in phpBB3 and I suggest using the inbuilt Q&A with a none searchable question and answer.
